How do I know if this herb is right for me?

Herbal products can be a great addition to your wellness
routine, but it's important to be informed before diving in.

Talk to your healthcare provider: This is especially crucial if you're pregnant, have existing health conditions, or take any medications.

Do your research: Learn about the specific herb you're considering.

Start slow: Introduce new herbs gradually and be mindful of how you feel. Stop taking them if you experience any discomfort.

How much of an herb or blend should I take?

This depends on the individual. Factors like weight, metabolism, and even personal preference will determine the amount that is right for you. We recommend starting small (1 tsp) and moving up from there while being mindful of how you feel over time.

How should I store my herbs?

We recommend storing herbs and blends in glass containers away from light and heat. It's best to keep them stored in a cool, dark place away from moisture and air exposure. This will help maintain potency and efficacy.

Orders and Shipping

When can I expect my order?

We ship all orders within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number from USPS or UPS with your estimated delivery date.

My bag of product isn't full! What gives?

Rest assured, we weigh every package so you are getting every ounce you pay for, even if the bags aren't completely full. The weight of herbs/blends can vary for the same volume of product. During this initial phase of our transition online, we lack a diverse range of packaging options to address these differences effectively.

My order is missing. Help!

Check the tracking number you received when the order shipped (please allow 5 business days after placing your order to receive a tracking number, we're a very small team!) If you still can't find your order, please reach out to us at herbantapestry@gmail.com or leave a voicemail at (843) 879-8883 and we'll be happy to assist.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are only able to ship orders within the United States at this time. We hope to offer international shipping someday!
