St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum)

St. John’s Wort is a bright, yellow-flowering herb traditionally used to support emotional well-being, a balanced mood, and nervous system health. Its naturally occurring compounds, including hypericin and hyperforin, have been extensively studied for their effects on mood, particularly in cases of mild to moderate depression. 

Note: St. John’s Wort interacts with many medications. Do not combine with antidepressants or other medications that affect serotonin. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you take any medication. May increase sensitivity to sunlight. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
